Belinda Pirtle is the president of Carr Instructional Design (CID), with headquarters in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. Ms. Pirtle has been active as a senior training advisor and subject matter expert for federal agencies, where her responsibilities include IT and Electronic Health Care Systems consulting, training and customized curriculum development. Ms. Pirtle is also an active participant in managed care and educational activities and a regular speaker at the national TEPR (Towards Electronic Patient Records) conference and for Lormans Educational Services
