Carr Instructional Design is currently seeking the Small Business Association (SBA) 8(a) Business and Woman-Owned Business certifications. Although located in the Washington, DC area, Carr Instructional Design’s offices will be moved to a central location in Washington, DC in 2011 to take advantage of the HUBZone certification to promote economic development and employment growth in distressed areas by providing access to more federal contracting opportunities.
